Guys, he was on a legal designer drug called bath salts / plant food / mephedrone. Which has similar effects to coke/cocaine PCP, and ecstasy. 

But no, it’s not a virus, this guy was just really fucked up. I guess no one ever heard the story about the guy who did coke and ripped out this woman’s intestines.
